Chitosan (chitison) Chitin deacetylation (Deacetylated),an important application of polymer biomaterials , butinsoluble in water only soluble in acid , such as formic acid , acetic acid and lactic acid,thus making the development of chitosan to be limited. . In this study, chitosan was synthesized with Glycidyltrimethylammonium Chloride The dynamic viscoelastic property of water-soluble GTMAC chitosan and water-insoluble chitosan were measured by oscillation rheometer (VE System) . A simple Maxwell Model accurately describes a regular chitosan (CS) solution. The G’, G” crossover shifted toward lower frequencies as the CS concentration increased. A modified Maxwell Model. Interestingly, the crossover of G’ and G” was found to be independent of the GTMAC chitosan concentration,Further calculated the overlap concentration, C*.
