In this study, the use of electronically controlled continuously variable transmission(E-CVT)and the traditional pull-type carburetor with a stepper motor into the electronic throttle, through a variety of sensors to obtain the signal of the internal combustion engine speed, vehicle speed, electronic handle opening, etc, back to the microcomputer chip, after which the program processed by the controller in accordance with the driver''s operation sends a signal, control of the E-CVT motor rotating the ball screw to change the gear ratio, and make the internal combustion engine able to maintain better performance output to maintain a fixed speed, so can reduce power transmission losses, improve energy efficiency. In this study, using KYMCO TECHNO 150 with electric cylinder composed of electronically controlled transmission system, electronic handle, electronic throttle composition of the experimental platform and use of the microcomputer chip when the main controller, E-CVT control by the driver''s operation and automatically adjusts the electronic throttle on the electronic throttle on the motor to change the opening, reach to change the gear ratio and maintenance of the engine speed, and in accordance with the system operating procedures, conduct variable speed and change the internal combustion engine speed, can make the internal combustion engine to maintain better operating point.
