Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 100 === In this highly competitive environment, in order to fit the need of current enterprises, the project management (PM) problems not only involve numerous conflicting objectives but the decision makings have to depend on more consensuses of professional managers, and the decision making factors always accompany highly incomplete information. This paper proposes two new models are ameliorative possibilistic linear programming (APLP) model and interactive two phase programming (ITPP) model. In these two models, the opinions from several decision makers can be amalgamated, the indefinite information can be transformed into precise information, as well as to get a preferred satisfactory solutions of decision makers. Then, for attaining our objective, a detailed numerical example is presented to illustrate the feasibility of applying the proposed models to actual PM decision problem at the end of this paper. The results in this paper are helpful to approach the reality of the world.
