Many products are advertised with therapeutic effect that can effectively reduce or control body mass index for patients who suffer from chronic diseases. These patients’ desire to the health biotech products are similar to the ants always drawn into the sweetness of candy. Plus, people’s rising and development of the medical prevention awareness leads to the market fills with numerous health biotech foods. Therefore, effectively and efficiently search for the rightful products has became an important value for users with different purpose as self-prevention, health care, or treatment for minor illnesses. The growing popularity of smart mobile devices and the extended age group to senior users leads to the thesis of this paper. The starting points will be the preventive medicine combines with smart mobile by using the latest Web markup language HTML5, plus jQuery Mobile library to meet the interactive web pages of the W3C schema, and then through the cross-platform software package PhoneGap page code packaged as native software applications for a variety of mobile devices, then installed for uses. The implementation of the application system will focus on the potential chronic kidney disease patients as the target group. Then the application will install on a smart phone or a mobile device followed by the membership. The users enter their own health and physiological information and inspection reports. After that the application will immediately provide feedback for the appropriate health biotech food information in order to achieve the outcome of health care and preventive medicine.
