碩士 === 東海大學 === 建築學系 === 100 === Due to the far distance from former urban district, Fazih River, habitat of fishes,birds, and insects, was late developed, however; now developed in progress.Thus, it forms a particular industrial and environment with plant, residence,farmland, high speed railway, and highway up there, yet in the upper reaches ofthe river, still remains great of many cropping of farmland and vegetable farm,and few cultivate industry in the area. The former conditions still remain,although, the problems of pollution of environment and water increasinglybecame serious. Owing to the sharply change of production method, and therequirement for large quantity and high density of farmland, the upriver of FezihRiver, originally clean now full of polluted water of the excretion from the cultivation industry, was severely polluted by using artificial chemical pesticide and chemical manure, moreover, not only resulted the chronic destroy of environment but also made the primitive ecology disappear by degrees. The traditional industry, so as to larger production, has been apart from the land and environment, also, on the account of contaminant and toxic substances, the surroundings of Fezih River, becoming Nimby Industry, was feared by human. Nowadays, due to the development of sightseeing industry, activities of riding bikes become the top one choice for all families. The bicycle lanes, as the last ecology river in Taichung city, are established behind Fezih River that the accomplishment offers a chance of transforming industry. By improving the original industry, reducing the using of chemical fertilizer and natural resources, which brings about pollution, they transfer them into more traditional organic cropping and cultivation that made local ecology produce circulation in small areas. Furthermore, to reduce the use of automatic machine resources, human beings learn the methods to utilize building itself from the local buildings to achieve the efficiently using of nature conditions. To made the bustling urban forest become a leisure nature ecological cycle, by keeping conserving and economizing the surroundings around the ecology environment and agriculture system, Taichung city, as a base of ecology education, now is a combination of new cycle agriculture and sightseeing single bicycle lanes.
