This study through the eight respondents,In 2011 1-2 month qualitative interview data compilation,we found that the fit of individual and organizational environment, and opportunity is closely related to.Four major opportunity to lead the volunteer services who come to the service agencies, Include: popularity, geographical, What happened was, Relatives, In particular, the research institutions showing is geo-popularity for the main chance of two. In addition, these respondents experience negative forces in the service process, but had come to the opportunity has not changed, Within the organization have the power of positive support Will be organized as one of their key elements Let these respondents continued to provide services. Therefore, this study suggests: 1.the use of volunteer services unit, 2.Use of manpower for the current organizational status of a preliminary investigation 3.Use of geographical and strengthening popular resistance 4.Let to people in the organization to carry out the service, and increase participation in voluntary service in the organization a good opportunity So that people can continue to strengthen the enthusiasm of the service, and contributed to a win-win edge to facilitate the provision of services.
