Nowadays, in order to avoid the impact of low birth rate and sustainable development, the operation mode of school’s organizational behavior is gradually changing. Whether it is the role of administrative staff, to build up the interpersonal relationship of shared vision of a team, or to stress the cooperation, have a different change than before. It is one of the most important lesson about sustainable development that how to arrange social capital to make teachers have more centripetal force﹑identity, regain the enthusiasm of teaching, and no more full of loss with future is the school’s administration team’s task. Social participation is one of the indicators of social capital. Teachers should participate in the school’s staff recreational activities so as to enhance the physical and mental health, full of well-being. In this way, they can make their child happy while learning. To achieve the norm of reciprocity, effective construction of the social capital could increase mutual trust so as to focus consensus to make the relationship of the cooperation appear. This study attempted to explore under the social capital perspective, how the school members’ recreational activities held to affect the degree of identity of school teachers.
