However, due to the rare reaction between education institute and industry field, students are hard to meet the practice need. Thus, the research aims to: 1) to investigate the students’ learning motivation and what difficulties students face so as to elevate the learning willingness. 2) To understand students’ need of the courses and to analyze the relationships between course and job choices. 3) To find out the gap from industry’s request. 4) To propose advice that students how to make a career plan and job choice during school period. The research is conducted through expert interview and questionnaire survey to realize quasi-graduates in Department of Digital Media about their view points of learning process and courses as well as the requirement to recruit from industry side. The following are the results of the research: 1.The practitioners think highly of students’ aesthetic cultivation, creativity ability and expression ability. So far, the industry face the major problem is hard to find an able man, hard to train a man and lack of enough school training, etc. 2.“Interest” is regarded as the learning motivation by students. While, students don’t take “high scores” and “pass the exam” as the only goal for learning, digital media education can play the most part of increasing the students’ interests in the process of the courses. 3.“Expression ability” and “aesthetic cultivation” are considered to be scarce in courses by students. They also think “basic courses” are also hard to meet the need in the future. The schools can have more this kind of courses or to enhance the ability in the courses. 4.Regarding to the choice of the course program and career, there are students choose course program is not correspond to what they do in the society, which should enhance the training for the skill needed in the future job market and make students more specialized in learning. 5.In terms of courses, list the importance order through statistic from students, and provide the reference for school open courses. 陳慧霞 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW
