Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 光電與通訊學系碩士班 === 100 === This paper is divided into two parts. The first part analyzes the light type of LED, and the second part is to analyze the fluorescent powder of white light LED.
The light-type analysis uses the illumination analysis simulation software (TracePro) to analyze the first and secondary optics of LED. The illumination software evaluates the light intensity distribution by changing the parameters of first optics of LED. These parameters include the reflector cup changes which are the cup depth analysis, the radius of the underside of the reflector cup, the reflectivity of the inner surface of the reflector cup, and the sealing resin filling analysis. In the secondary optical design, we use the TracePro software to simulate the Cree XR-E optics model. The optical property is set to analyze the size of the emitting angle of its rectangular candela distribution chart.
The last part of this paper is the fluorescent simulation and analysis of LED. It mainly uses TracePro to simulate the white light emitting diode by explaining the set up process steps, as well as the relevant parameters setting. Then we access the LED structure of the fluorescent powder by two kinds of package. Applying the same parameters, we get the results by doing the comprehensive analysis and comparison of white light LED.
