It is to study thoroughly its history, the up and down in the past century, as well as explaining the relations of effectiveness towards school management. In 1962, Pei Yuan High School had gone through a historic restructuring process which cause the appearance of 2 completely different system’s school, which is Pei Yuan High School (Independent)& Pei Yuan National secondary school, on the same piece of land. In terms of historical data and records of school developments, each of their story was recorded in details in their own school magazines as well as in local society’s historical documents of Chinese Education in Kampar. Thus, any historical information and related developments can be easily obtained by any researchers. However, from the perspective of philosophy of education, Pei Yuan’s century-old history inheritance, how it has to transform in terms of management, there is no any scholar who did any in-depth research currently. By Purposive sampling, Pei Yuan High School had been chosen as research subject. Conduct in-depth study and analysis on various aspect including the school’s developments histories, its education philosophy, education’s vision, school affairs governance, school management, crisis management, the creation of community relations and other related aspects. Hoping to find that, the relevant leadership behavior will have positive impact on Pei Yuan High School’s management performance and school developments.
