The research subjects include personnel and family members and students from Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. A total of 256 questionnaires were sent out and 214 questionnaires were collected with 207 valid questionnaires. The personal background of the participants was found to be a key variable that affects the flow experience, leisure benefits and well-being of each individual. Moreover, it was found that there is a correlation between the following aspects of aerobics participants namely: their flow experience and leisure benefits; flow experience and well-being; and their leisure benefits and well-being. Experiment tools include the flow experience, leisure benefits, and well-being scale. The information was analyzed using descriptive statistics via independent T-test, one way ANOVA, and canonical correlation analysis method. Results obtained from the analysis are as follows: 1. Aerobics participants with different marriage status, age, occupation, educational attainment, monthly income, aerobics experience showed a significant difference in the participant’s sustained participation in the aspect of flow experience. 2. Continuation of the participants for leisure benefits was also significantly affected by the factors mentioned above. 3. Continuation of the participants for well-being purposes was also significantly affected by the factors mentioned in the first point. 4. It was observed that flow experience and leisure benefits are positively correlated for aerobics participants. 5. Flow experience and well-being are also positively correlated among the subjects. 6. Leisure benefits and well-being are also positively correlated among the subjects. The current research not only provides explanations on the results, it also promotes aerobics as a leisure and sport. Moreover, practical recommendations and follow-up study is recommended.
