The participants were the mid and high grade students participating in social club activities at three different elementary schools in Sin-ying area, Tainan City. The quantity questionnaire survey method was implemented in this research. A total of 630 questionnaires were conducted and 603 valid questionnaires were obtained. The collected data were analyzed using Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. The findings showed that among the three dimensions of the Level of Involvement, attraction ranked the first with the highest average scores, self-performance was the second and the hub of life was the third. The results also showed that the average score of overall satisfaction was 4.42, which indicated most students felt satisfied with the school social club activities. In additional, among the four dimensions of well-being, interpersonal harmony ranked the first with the highest average scores, and satisfaction in life was the fourth with the lowest scores. Moreover, Regression Analysis revealed that the level of involvement had significantly positive influence on overall satisfaction and well-being, that overall satisfaction had significantly positive influence on well-being, and that the level of involvement affected well-being due to the influence of overall satisfaction. Consequently, overall satisfaction has partial mediating effect. Hopefully, this study may provide the related government sectors and the educational authorities with suggestions on social club activity planning and managing in order to increase satisfaction and well-being of the elementary students involving in social club activities.
