碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 100 === ABSTRACT This paper used literature reviews based on terrorism, NBC weapons（nuclear, biological & chemical weapons）& chemical, and critical success factors（CSF）. The main aim of this paper was to examine the critical success factors in Taiwan anti-terrorist organization for NBC education training. In addition, the research subjects were divided into two groups. First of all, the aim of first group was to construct the each critical success factor for NBC education training hierarchical framework（include three decision dimensions and nine critical success factors）. Secondly, this paper used analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to measure the relative weights and priority order from the NBC education training hierarchical framework. The findings of this paper were summarized below: 1. The first two decision dimensions were “lecturer factors” (weight value was 0.430) and “National Defense Ministry support” (weight value was 0.309). The last decision dimension was “trainee factors”(weight value was 0.261). 2. The first five critical success factors were “lecturers’ personality traits” (weight value was 0.193), “quality of equipment purchase” (weight value was 0.133), “lecturers involvement and with trainees interaction” (weight value was 0.124), “lecturers’ professional competencies” (weight value was 0.114), and “trainees’ personality traits” (weight value was 0.106). The last critical success factor was “trainees’ sex” (weight value was 0.075).
