Furthermore, it promotes mutual trust and assistance with others. I hope I could integrate resources and powers from various social sectors into the overall lift and development of the community awareness on neighboring campuses in the near future. Boarders living here have co-prosperity relationship with local residents, they are one of the community. Boarders should immerse themselves among the community, interact positively with the residents, and concern about the surrounding people and things. Moreover, they should stretch their learning not just from the limited class but into the attitude toward life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the product quality, service quality, lease price, and customer satisfaction in the dormitory leasing industry. This study adopted questionnaire from quantitative method as the main research method, and the samples are boarders in the Ivy Dormitory. To conduct the survey, a total of 300 questionnaires were delivered, 286 questionnaires were retrieved, excluding 33 invalid questionnaires, 253 questionnaires were valid. The valid questionnaire retrieve-ration was 84.3%. In this study, I used statistic software SPSS to analyze the data. The sample data were analyzed by the following analytical methods: Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistic, and One-way ANOVA. Then, I used Regression Analysis to probe the influencing relationship between every research dimension. The main result and conclusions are as following: 1. The product service of public safety equipments has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. 2. The service quality of the concern has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. 3. The lease price has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. The empirical results shows that product quality, service quality and lease price have positive influences on customer satisfaction. Based on the research result and conclusion, this study finds that boarders value highly on the dormitories public safety equipments, and the service quality is the secondary importance. 賴明材 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW |
