Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 100 === In this study, by the use of the Sol-Gel technology, a flexible BaTiO3/ploymer compounds is fabricated and investigated. For the purpose of mixing the ceramic and polymer materials uniformly, the surface active agents and surfactant are also doping to improve the dielectric characteristics of the BaTiO3/ploymer compounds. The impedance analyzer (HP 4294), SEM, and XRD are used to measure and analyze the electric and microstructure characteristics. Besides, the Lichtenecker equation was used to forecast the relative dielectric constant of the compounds, which were compared to the measured ones too. From the measured results, at 1 kHz, the measured relative dielectric constants of BaTiO3 and PEI polymer are 1972 and 11.3, respectively. However, as the weight percent of BaTiO3 is 70 wt%, the measured relative dielectric constant of the BaTiO3/ploymer compound is 77.7. Finally, as the contents of ceramics increase, the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss will increase and the flexible phenomenon will decrease gradually.
