How to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the ERP in each subsidiary objectively and accurately has became a critical issue. This Study is based on the Chien and Tsaur(2007) propose amendments to the ERP system success model, analysis of the three subsidiaries of multinational companies A process of implement ERP system, correlation of system quality, information quality, service quality, intentions use, user satisfaction, benefit of use. PLS analysis found that significantly affect the system quality and information quality for the intended use, information quality and service quality and intention to use a significant impact on the user satisfaction, intention to use and user satisfaction have a significant effect on the benefit of use.
