Taking the 2011 Taipei World Design Congress for example, our innovation industry has been recognized internationally as the marvelous achievement. Under adopting the cultural innovation industry into national economic development plan by the Executive Yuan, cultural innovation industry has been one of the most important and rising industry since several years ago. Nowadays cultural innovation industry is developing quickly, and it evolves into many aspects. In spite of the many kinds of product, some innovative products still can not satisfy the consumers’ demand. So such products will be eliminated by the market, unmarketable and even causing the loss as well. In this thesis we confer the reasons for this problem and we found that there are two key issues for the present cultural innovation product. Firstly, designer often possesses personal thought during innovation process that finally can not afford to customers’ requirement. Second, every cultural innovation product takes long time for final finish. Once the slow-selling takes place, it will cause the serious loss of designer. We develop one graphic evolutionary artistic system by combining HTML 5 CANVAS with design on the base of the genetic algorithm. Through the technology of WEB 2.0, the consumers can interact with this system to make artistic figure. It will produce adaptive graph by the genetic evolution. Such a system can not only save much time in the duration of innovation, but also produce singularly adaptive graph for every consumer by the consumers’ participation. In the last of our research, we combine the system with making mug by outputting the consumer’s artistic graph on the mug.
