The rib-type surface textures can form walls perpendicular to substrate, allowing incident light to travel in the organic absorbers for a longer distance. The surface of wall can also provide large surface area for receiving light and s a result enhance the light absorption. We used four circular diameters of 5 and 10μm and two pitches of patterns of rib-type surface texture with 4 area coverage ratio of 42%, 66%, 65% and 90%. The height of rib-type surface texture varies from 3 to 4μm. The OSC has rib texture on the characteristics of ITO / Rib / PEDOT:PSS(40nm) / PCPDTBT:PCBM (100、120、150、200nm) / Al (150nm) solar cell. PEDOT:PSS buffer layer and PCPDTBT:PCBM active layer were deposited by spin coating and devices were annealed at 150℃ for 15min. The results showed that photoelectric conversion efficiency of PCPDTBT:PCBM the OSC device, the change of the ratio of PCBM mixed change , PCPDTBT:PCBM mixed 1:2 thickness is 120nm,150 ° C after 15min annealing , the components of the photoelectric conversion efficiency , the OSC has the best performance with the performance parameters Voc=0.65V , Jsc=3.49mA/cm2 , FF=0.35 , PCE=0.8% . production OSC device has Rib surface texture, Rib effective surface area percentage of 40.3、42.5 than the 31.5、36.1 have higher Jsc, the Rib surface texture can increase the light absorption, to improve the absorption efficiency of light absorption efficiency .However, due to with Rib structure the power conversion efficiency of OSCs device is worse than a flat layer of OSCs device, because decrease the carrier collection it is proposed mixing Au NPs in the Rib structure, to produce more the carrier collection , improve the current density and power conversion efficiency.
