The effects of liposome encapsulated Angelica dahurica extract on stability, safety, effect, Angelica dahurica extract on cytotoxicity by cell experiments and liposome encapsulated Angelica dahurica extract on cellular tyrosinase activity were discussed in the poster. Further, the different sonication time on the average particle size of the liposome preparation and the variations in average particle size of the liposome stored at different temperature in 147 days were discussed. The results showed that sonication time influenced the average particle size of the liposome preparation. With dynamic light scattering method, the variations of average particle size stored at room temperature, 4℃ for 147 days was maintained below 100nm, which showed that liposome kept stability after adding Cholesterol. In the cytotoxicity test, the different concentration of Angelica dahurica extract was low toxic to the B16-F1 mouse melanoma cell. The cytotoxicity of liposome prepared ethanol as a solvent than chloroform to low, which showed liposome encapsulated Angelica dahurica extract promote the cell proliferation and cell viability.
