Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 化學工程與材枓工程系 === 100 === In this research, cerium doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG:Ce) powder was successfully synthesized at a low temperature for a short time by novel sol-gel reaction method and used boehmite as the aluminum source. The XRD results shown that the formed powder formed at 1000℃ for 30 min was pure YAG-phase. The SEM and TEM results shown that the product was about 100 nm in diameter. According to the experiment results, the pure garnet phase with high emission intensity powder was formed at low temperature for a short time.
