In the experiment, we got the major features mainly through interviews with experts. By using the method of asking 5W2H questions, the study found the improvement of the factors and then analyzed the fish-bone diagram to choose the five parameters which influenced the abnormality of the quality of the stretched lines and caused the short longevity of the eye model. Then, the study used the L27 orthogonal array in the Taguchi quality engineering method to conduct 27 experiments and put 27 parameters to the machine on the site twice to get the outcome. Through the results of the experiments, the study found three the most influential parameters for the total output of the wires and the use of the eye model. Then, the study used the statistics of L9 to conduct nine experiments and put the nine parameters to the machine on the site twice to get the outcome. After that, the study found the best parameters of affecting the total output of the wires and the use of the eye model as follows: the reduced rate of the eye model is 14.5%; the oil temperature of the stretched lines is 44 ° C; the speed of the wire is 340 m / min. Then, the study put the best combined parameters for the total output of the wires and the longevity of the eye model respectively to the machine on the site 24 times to get the outcome. The results showed that the total output of the wire affecting the quality of the stretched wire was from 15.5% to 14.5% in the reduced rate of the eye model. The temperature of the stretched wire oil was from 50 o C to 44 o C, but it was not directly affected by the speed of the stretched wire rising from 280m/min to 340 m/min. Through examining the results, the results proved that the most important factors in the process of manufacturing 304H stainless steel fiber are the rate of the reduced eye model and the oil temperature of the stretched wire. These two factors can increase the production from 10.62 kg to 122.54 kg. Through the combinations of the parameters in this study, the company not only can raise the efficiency of the production and reduce the cost of production but also can incuase competitiveness in the market and raise the operating profits.
