Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 100 === The main purpose of this reseach were to realize the influences of the workplace stress risk factors management on psychological well-being of employees of publice health bureau, and using job stress and burnout as mediators, to analize workplace stress risk factor management, job stress and burnout, and psychological well-being differences of different individual background variables. Further to explore the correlation and regression analysis of these variables. Researching subjects would be the employees of publice health bureau of Tainan and Kaohsiung areas. Randomly sampling 78 institutes of public health bureau, administered total 503 questionnaires, and valid returned 475 questionnaires. The returning rate of valid questionnaires was 94.43%. The findings and conclusions were made as below: 1. Employees who aged over 51 years, married, had senior high school education, worked on other types of jobs classification and temporary workers, had significantly higher scores on the workplace stress risk factors management and perception of psychological well-being. The latter 3 attributes of employees’ classification presented a significant difference in job stress and burnout. Employees who had responsibility on household economy showed significantly higher job stress, and employees who aged over 51 years, male and were classed as others displayed a significantly higher on perception of psychological well-being. 2. A significantly positive correlation was found between the workplace stress risk factors management and perception of psychological well-being. A significantly negative correlation was shown in the workplace stress risk factors management related to either job stress or burnout, and in job stress related to burnout. 3. Each dimension of workplace stress risk factors had presented a significant prediction effect on job stress, burnout, and the perception of psychological well-being. Among them, the 'control' dimension had displayed the majority part of the prediction (β=0.243). 4. Job stress and burnout had played a partial mediating effect on the relationship between workplace stress risk factors management and perception of psychological well-being.
