Since 2006 it has conducted a part-time job in community project during summer vacation for youths above 16 of age to experience diverse working environments during summer vacation. Various part-time worksites include public and privates sectors, community service institutions and the third sectors for students to select. It not only allows students to experience real working ecology ahead as well as addition of working experience, but also present diversified working opportunities. Meanwhile, by this project, it is hoped that the young are able to target future career in advance, increase future competitiveness and recognize diverse jobs. Those who were part-time workers in 2010 are the population within three points in time: before the job, after the job and a year later. The study used different variables such as hiring unit to investigate employability on career development based on the student’s involvement in the project. The following are the main findings: 1. Those students involved in the project revel a positive impact of employability on career development. 2. There is a partial difference significantly between different points in time and recognition on employability before and after the project involvement. 3. There is a partial difference significantly between different points in time and recognition on career development before and after the project involvement. 4. There is a significant difference in terms of recognition on employability between student workers and hiring units.
