In addition, we investigate the impact of the five above factors on funding and high quality educational institutions, and the impact of funding on high quality educational institutions as well. The moderating effects relating to psychological contract fulfillment and reward orientation on the relationship between funding and high quality educational institutions performance were also examined. In order to avoid bias, the questionnaire survey was distributed directly via mobile phone, emails and questionnaire sheets to all members, managers, experts, directors, vice directors, presidents, vice president and educational researches. We employ the TSQKD to explore the possible strength and weakness of high quality educational institutions, and also compare educational institutions in Vietnam with those in other developing countries.
