The purpose of this survey is to discuss the reciprocal effect between the statistics made of the knowledge of hand anthropometry and the IT facility that are used now. The data of this survey include the hand length, hand width, palm width, finger length, knuckles length, finger extension angle and can be used to design proper IT facilities for the teenagers. The images of subjects’ hands are collected by the digital photography and the overhead projectors and measured with the CoreDwaw software. The total subjects of the study are 1058. According to the study, the outlines of both hands are symmetrical; however, the measurements of the right hands are larger than the ones of the left except the length of the left hand’s thumb and the index finger. His hands are still significant differences. Unquestionably, it’s necessary to measure both hands of junior high students. Besides, there’s a conspicuous difference in sexes and ages. The sizes of hands are larger when comparing the boys with the girls and comparing the first grade of the junior high with the higher grades of the elementary school. The fingers of the students in the first grade of junior high are shorter than the ones in the higher grades of the elementary school although the full-length of the hands are contrary. Comparing the students with the adults, the difference in the hand length is more extensive than in the hand width between the students and the adults. It might be suit for students to choose the IT facilities that cater to their hand width, not their hand length.
