碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 資訊工程系碩士班 === 101 === This paper proposed the impact of the different personality development with the vocational education students learning achievements and analysis the winner’s personality traits from the Golden Hands Award of National Skills Competition. The main purpose was to illustrate that the difference department student whether or not would show different personality traits. In our preliminary research result showed obviously divergence with the characteristic or personality traits by using the t-test and ANOVA single factor analysis. In this paper, our questionnaire issues was based on big 5 Mini-Maker personality trait. After recognizing the divergence among deferent department students, we used the data mining methodologies: CART to illustrate the important personality traits into a decision tree. The CART classified and order the important personality traits for different categories. First, the study would like to find out the characteristics for personality traits for the winners of Golden Hands Award of National Skills Competition. Second, we would like to suggest the lack of some development of the good personality trates for their teacher or competision trainer as a important training reference.
