In recent years, the graffiti issues of public concern, the Taipei City government set the five legal graffiti area in 2007, Include the Yingfeng Sport Park、Meiti Riverside Park、Jingmei Riverside Park、Fuhe Riverside Park and Bailing Sport Park other flood wall, in February 2009, Mayor Hau Lung-pin said he would strengthen ban illegal graffiti at the Gong-guan.
In this study, I defined legal and illegal graffiti in the Taipei area, by photography to understand Graffiti Culture, respect and appreciation. Also supplemented by field surveys and Panofsky image analysis, depth understanding of Taiwan graffiti artists live story.
The results of study for "Taiwan graffiti Groups aspect", considers the following points: (1) Taiwan graffiti has multiple forms; (2) Taiwan graffiti has rich style; (3) When the graffiti in different environments will affect Integrity of the work;(4) The policy against illegal graffiti, to cause graffiti painter challenges high dangerous behavior, illegal graffiti still irresoluble; (5) Graffiti painter increased with age, Creation into legal from illegal behavior and Promotion of graffiti education;(6) Through research and photography exhibitions to attract media attention, help the public to know graffiti culture, now the Cinema park has legal graffiti space , graffiti works as photography scenic spot, in the future will be able to beautify the social environment.
