First, we list the evolution of senior high school educations, and then we discuss about the development and demands of using English teaching magazine to help teaching students during our senior high school English education. Nowadays, the technology has progressed day by day. Digital techniques have been also utilized in everywhere, including education. Therefore, the study, which is based on Technology Acceptance Model, has also list every kinds of application of information technology using in English teaching in order to survey how the public high school students’ thinking about using digital materials for learning English, and used questionnaire to do the research. After that, we filter the correct data and do statistics analyze. The aspects of this model have separated into learning interaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavior of using, intention to use. Finally, we discuss about what the behavior of using, intention to use the high school students have, and analyze if the hypothesizes are correct. And the final result shows that the high school students’ answer of learning interaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavior of using and intention to use are all positive correlations. The results and inventions would supply to related publishing industry organizations, especially the one who supply digital Materials for English Learning one, for the reference in the future.
