Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === This is sought to explore the perception and the operation of internal marketing at New Taipei City elementary schools and to know question on the application of internal marketing. Based on this study, some conclusions and suggestions were proposed for the reference of promoting internal marketing for the schools.
The questionnaires were sent to the teachers of 44 New Taipei City public elementary schools, including the teachers who were administrative staff members, classroom teachers and subject teachers. The main findings were as follows,
1. The teachers had a good perception of internal marketing.
2. The teachers agreed that the school internal marketing functioned well.
3. Elder teachers, senior teachers, teachers from small schools and remote areas showed higher perception of importance of school internal marketing.
4. Young teachers, junior teachers, the teachers who were administrative staff members, and teachers from small schools and remote areas thought that the implementation of school internal marketing was quite successful.
5. The major question of conducting school internal marketing were as follows, teachers have low intentions in participating in the in-service training programs without the support of substitute teachers; the learning programs planned by the administrative staff couldn’t meet the needs of the teachers; and the school faculty did not have enough fellowship activities.
Based on the findings, the suggestions were proposed to educational authorities, schools and researchers for their references of promoting internal marketing for elementary schools.
