There are five elements in corporative management: production management, marketing management, human resources management (HRM), R&D management, and financial management. What is important is Human (HRM) which is especially uppermost core competences in service industry. The huge difference in Hotel industry compared with other industries is how the people handle with others; it will present the culture of hotel from the service progress as well. Furthermore, this field is viewed in this light of knowledge inheritance in hotel industry. The primary criterion for selecting subjects was different hotel industries, through the experiences of operators, the primary research question to be addressed in this paper are as followings, the transfer method of knowledge heritage between different parties, sender & receivers, and analyses of receivers how they used and practiced the knowledge inheritance in the field of corporative management. The research center was on different reporting analyses, involving most representatives’ companies of knowledge inheritance in hotel industries as case study. In this investigation we understood the basic of theory of knowledge inheritance between senders and receivers. Moreover, to have the complete data-collection, we were conducted in-depth interview, to discover the passing-down knowledge experience in the progress of knowledge inheritance in hotel industry. The conclusions of the study show different results were as followings: (1) Organization culture is the supporter of knowledge inheritance and practice, and “Human” is the core value of all organization. (2) The best way or method in this field is to Experience for themselves.
