碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === Due to the rise of e-commerce in recent years, the Ministry of Finance has been promoting the use of e-invoice by taking the advantage of the internet resource to save the cost of traditional paper based invoices. However, the e-invoice has too many carriers which issued by different channels increasing the difficulty of e-invoice platform integration. Every channel also has it's own restriction which may cause additional inconvenience to customers as well. There is either "yes" or "no" choice if you choose to donate one e-invoice. To donate an e-invoice, it has to perform a setup process on the e-invoice service platform which increases the complexity and decreases the willingness of donation. The purpose of this research is to discover the service of the e-invoice platform can provide and the value-added application the smart phone as the carriers can provide. It aims to reduce the restriction on e-invoice carrier and increase user's willingness for e-invoice donation.
