| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === With the fast development of IP technology, Internet becomes the indispensable communication media for modern people. Comparing to the traditional communication, Internet-based communication is faster, cheaper and much more convenient. It benefits not only for public but also the people who commit the crime. Many criminal organization use VoIP as communication tool to escape from voice interception; moreover, some even make fraud calls through VoIP with fake calling parties against tracking. Without any doubt, Internet brings the innovation of communication, but also the birth of Cyber Crime.
When an individual, could be the bad guy, connects to Internet, all the packets he/she sends or receives should pass through the core network of some ISPs (Internet Access Service Provider). Thus, it is very helpful for Cyber Crime investigation if ISPs also plan the correspondent lawful interception mechanism while developing their networks or services.
This research is to propose the state-of-the-art solution for designing the ISP network with the lawful interception mechanism. It maintains the network performance that ISPs concern and also satisfies the law enforcement agent for investigating the Cyber Crime.
