Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === This research attempts to use the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, to understand how the telecom industries create business strategy when deploying the new cloud services under the old system. Meanwhile, learning from benchmarking object experience could help develop the company's future cloud services business strategy and objectives. In this research, a case study is used to interview with senior executives of the C Telecom company and the result is concluded by 36 business strategies of their cloud services. In addition to provide references to the case company to understand the strategy of the reasons, the benchmarking business strategy experiences give the case company relevant suggestions.
