Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === This work draws on recent literature concerning organizational learning and innovation to explore how this may affect value creation of High-Tech Industries industry in Taiwan. This paper has four objectives: first, to analyse the effects of organisational learning on customer value creation capability; second, to develop a better understanding of how organizational learning influences business innovation; third, to examine the moderating role that information technology capabilities plays in the learning-value connection; and fourth, to examine the moderating role that information technology capabilities plays in the learning-innovation connection.
The research collected 484 effective samples, and performed the factor analysis and regression analysis for doing hypothesis test. The results indicated: It is demonstrated that the organisational learning is a direct and positive antecedent of customer value creation. It is also confirmed that this organisational learning directly enhances the business innovation. Finally, this paper confirm that the learning-value connection is stronger when there is high information technology capability
