The findings of this research were summarized as the followings:1. Different levels of perceived work stress showed significant differences on work satisfaction; 2. Different levels of sense of humor at work showed significant differences on work satisfaction; 3. Sense of humor at work had moderating effect on the relationship between perceived work stress and external work satisfaction; 4. Both humor coping and humor comprehension have a moderating effect on the relationship between perceived work stress and external work satisfaction; 5. Humor coping and humor comprehension as well as perceived work stress have predictive effects on work satisfaction; 6. Perceived work stress, humor coping, and humor comprehension have predictive effects on external work satisfaction; 7. Humor comprehension perceived work stress have predictive effects on internal work satisfaction. Finally, suggestions based on findings for future study were discussed.
