The value of the business will depend on the R&D and innovation. The business growth will be towards a new record as the technology development and breakthrough. Governments around the world also do their utmost in R&D. Spending more R&D costs and mastering the most critical technologies often also reflect the strength and advantages of the country's economic development. In the rapid accumulation of R&D results, the technology market has also become an excellent pipeline of enterprise technology. Many countries in recent years have built a number of technical trading platforms. However, the characteristics of technical trading are not as same as the general market. It results in the technology supply and demand sides are often unable to do fast valid transactions. Thus in the transaction process, how through the purchaser's point of view to understand the purchase decision-making is a very important key of technology transactions. By the conclusion of this study, it also provides a reference index of the domestic technology transfers and technical traders for looking forward to speeding up the transaction process. Therefore, it can enhance technology diffusion, and then strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic industry.
