The input variables are fixed assets, number of employees and R & D costs.The output variables are operating revenues and other revenues.this paper provide the Hybird DEA to assess the efficiency of those three major semiconductor industry group and individual manufacturers. The conclusions of this paper five years show that within a period from 2006 to 2010 in Taiwan, the best performance group assess under the Hybird DEA method are wafer manufacturing, the second is the packaging and testing industry, and the third is the IC design industry.As for Individual manufacturers, the best performance of IC design industry is MediaTek, for wafer manufacturing is TSMC, for packaging and testing industry for SPIL and Advanced Semiconductor Engineering.
