Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 會計學系 === 100 === The importance of cultural and creative industries has been increasingly obvious. The film industry is one of the indicative industries, because of its wide-ranging involvement with technology and performers. As a result, governments of all nations, including the one in Taiwan, are dedicated to assist the development of the film industry. However, the film industry is a kind of profit-seeking enterprise; the government subsidy remains only temporarily. Based on this, this thesis aims at formulating a feasible rewarding system of the Taiwanese film industry which heavily depends on government subsidies. This thesis tries to work out an incentive way to encourage the film industry operating under the market mechanism. This thesis first explicates the conditions and policies of government subsidy of the film industry. Finally, mingled with the reference to the normal rewarding mechanism in the market, this thesis puts forward viable recommendations in terms of receiving rewards from the film industry in Taiwan.
