Many factors will be taken into consideration when consumers purchase products, and women even go beyond the demand of comfort when they buy high-heel shoes – “extended emotion” is actually the key to affect their final decision. Furthermore, unique and custom-made high heels have been one of the dream products to many women. The custom-made concept high heels come from a special area, where designers can present their ideas and creations without considering the cost of production and manufacturing process. In addition, the value of custom-made concept high heels cannot be determined by the market, and its relationship with the wearer cannot be judged by money either. Comparing to shoes in the production market, custom-made concept high heels contain a variety of craftsmanship and different level of styles. In order to establish the operation of making conceptual goods, this research paper not only collects but also examines a lot of materials. It presents its final product in terms of conceptual creation, the transformation of design elements, and the process of making sample shoes practically. In conclusion, this research paper executes the creation of custom-made concept high heels based on craftsmanship and innovation. The followings are three main points in this research paper: 1. The innovative method of how creations being transformed from custom-made concept; 2. The process of making custom-made high heels; 3.
