Many countries, including China and Taiwan, are ready to enter the mainland China to set up factories, and it makes the changes and competitions of the market more intense. Nevertheless, for the firms of professional construction management, it does not work as simple as before that built up a task team in order to get the cases done. It needs a well-organized labor power and abundant construction experiences. Under the pressure of time, cost and limited resources, to develop a professional team’s management ability, also to adopt an effective communication to coordinate the whole working process in order to minimize the conflicts between the workers and to plan, enforce, control, and inspire all levels. And complete the operational goals under the regulations of costs and quality control. According to these indices, this research collects the relevant theses about the operations quality performance from Taiwan and foreign countries. Use a new factory to discuss the improvement of the operations quality performance of a construction project, and do this research through the DMAIC stages of Six Sigma, project management, and the professional construction management. By using the DMAIC stages of Six Sigma and the construction management to develop an integrated management. Also, hoping it can provide useful information to the project management. Through the research cases, this research first chooses a project and run it by the DMAIC. During the process, adopt the appropriate quality control to improve the performance and the consumer satisfaction in order to achieve the operational goals. The results of this research are: 1. Use the project management to develop a better project enforcement model to use in both management level and the technical level of a new factory, and also make the constructional process more systematic. 2. Combine the constructional system and the project management model to provide a SOP for the professional construction. 3. By using the DMACI stages of Six Sigma to analyze in order to improve the operations quality performance.
