Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 家庭研究與兒童發展學系高齡家庭服務事業碩士在職專班 === 100 === This study used the technology acceptance model and the information system success model to investigate community volunteers’ behavioral intention of the use on digital health care system. The objectives of the study are 1) to understand community volunteers’ personal profiles and the perceive on quality, ease of use, and usefulness of digital health care technology by the community volunteers; 2) to understand the effects of the system quality by community volunteers; 3) to understand the associations among the system quality, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and users’ intention of the system. Finally, focus group interview was conducted to collect more quantitative information to improve quality of the study.
The study tool is the Digital Health Care System Usage Research Questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire survey, the focus group interview was carried out. The quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 for percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s post-hoc comparison, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis. For the qualitative data, content of the focus group interview was transcribed, organized, and comprehended to support the study’s hypotheses.
The study collected 34 samples, the variables impacted the intention utilization of the system were including age from 71 to 80, living with children, with primary school education, and perceived ease usage of the system.
The study suggested that the community could educate the elderly family member and let them support the elderly to use the digital health care system. The system designers should modify and improve the system based on the older users’ needs and limitation. Basically, the digital health care system can efficiently manage health data and decrease the cost of the manpower for the community.
