Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the relationship of human resource activities, job involement, retention, transactional leadership and transformational leadership. The purposes of research are as following: 1. To explore the effect of human resource activities on job involvement and retention. 2. To discuss the impact of interaction between job involvement and retention. 3. To understand the influence of the transactional leadership and transformational leadership on job involvement and retention. The findings of the study are as following: 1.In the High-tech industry, the human resource activities have a significant positive correlation with job involvement and retention. 2.Job involvement has a mediating effect between human resource activities and retention. 3.The transformational leadership has moderate effect between job involvement and retention, and the transactional leadership has not significant relationship between job involvement and retention.
