Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === The aim of this research is to explore the impacts of incentive scheme and work satisfaction on turnover intention. The research subjects are the real estate agents in Taichung area, and the methodology employed is questionnaire survey. Pearson Correlation and Regression Analysis are employed to empirically verify the correlation and impacts of incentive scheme, including internal rewards and external rewards, and work satisfaction, including, internal satisfaction and external satisfaction, on turnover intention, including to resign, plan to resign, work for competitor, work in other professions, seek other work opportunities, etc. Based on the empirical analysis of the collected data, the results show that :(1) the internal rewards of incentive scheme has a significantly positive effect on turnover intention; (2) the external rewards of incentive scheme has a significantly positive effect on turnover intention; (3) the internal satisfaction of work satisfaction has no significantly positive effect on turnover intention; (4) the external satisfaction of work satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on turnover intention.
