This study’s purpose is to see whether the experience that students complete tasks cooperatively in MMORPG can help them to develop their teamwork skills and answer five research questions: 1) whether students’ teamwork skills rise or not after team-playing; 2) whether students learn different skills by playing different roles; 3) dose the learning performance correspond to the flow degree of students in game; 4) whether students learn different skills by experiencing different flow states; 5) whether students’ WoW experience effect on the change of their teamwork skills.
