Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 觀光事業學系 === 100 === This study will explore the relationship between attitude and satisfaction of students who are studying in senior high school the Restaurant Management department. First, I’d like to understand the students’ current situation of learning attitudes and satisfaction. Second, I’d like to analyze the differences in learning attitudes and satisfaction of students’ different background. Third, explore the relationship of learning attitudes and satisfaction. To achieve this objective, this study investigated 501 students who study in southern Taiwan, called the object of study and learning attitude and satisfaction questionnaire as a tool to conduct a survey, and the results of statistical analysis lead the following conclusions:
First, students who are studying in senior high school Restaurant Management department have a forward positive learning attitude.
Second, students who are studying in senior high school Restaurant Management department have a high degree of learning satisfaction.
Third, different background students who are studying in senior high school Restaurant Management department have significant differences in the learning attitude.
Forth, different background students who are studying in senior high school Restaurant Management department have significant differences in the learning satisfaction.
Fifth, the learning attitudes and satisfaction of the students who are studding in senior high school Restaurant Management department has a significant positive correlation.
This research made the following recommendations:
First, according to the characteristics of high school Restaurant Management students, the teacher should proper planning of courses, in order to enhance second and third year students' learning attitudes and satisfaction.
Second, the teachers should encourage students to participate in the work of related industries to enhance the students' attitude.
Third, the teacher should pay attention to female students, trying to improve their attitude towards learning and satisfaction.
Forth, the teachers should pay attention to the second and third year students, to try to improve their attitude towards learning and satisfaction.
