For years, the issues of entrepreneurship have been much discussed in business field, and the subject attracts lots of researchers’ attention.
The research aimed to explore the categories of the entrepreneurs who started up their business from scratch, and would illustrate the challenges and difficulties for their entrepreneurial stages, and how those entrepreneurs examine the business trends and organizational opportunities. And to dedicate the entrepreneurial reflection on their business phrase, to find out the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial resources input, how to design products to fit the industry trends. By interpreting entrepreneurs’ story, we summarized their individual story and key issues for their start up experience, which induced by interviewees and could show their decision preference and influence during their entrepreneurial stages. The motivation of an entrepreneur could offer information on why they started their business and if the career choice related their background, education and work experience. And their leadership style in different business stages.
From their prospects of above mentioned, we could dig the deeper information on interviewees how to make decision, how to pinpoint their critical issues, how to develop their business blueprint, and how establish their social networking. The research adopted the qualitative approach and gathered information by in-depth interview, and demonstrated the story in the viewpoint of entrepreneurial reflection. It would also show their thinking logics on how to solve their difficulties, and to unfold the preference for their making decision and intention for their minded set. The paper would finally address a sound framework on how the entrepreneurs modified their business operation to cope with the competition and to revive the business niches to better business performance.
