Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 社會工作與兒童少年福利學系 === 100 === Abstract This study aims at understanding the recognition and execution of elementary school teachers in high-risk family service; and at trying to exploring the way of collaboration for elementary school teachers and social workers in High-Risk Family Counseling Program. The data of this study was collected by interviewing 5 elementary school teachers and 2 high-risk family counseling social workers in Taichung area. The findings of this study are as the followings: A: The issue of high-risk family is not known well in the aspect of elementary school teachers. Therefore, it is easily for teachers to overreporting and underreporting of high-risk family case, or even confusing with the case of child abuse. Moreover, it showed different counseling quality and quantity in different schools. And some teachers felt that their training did not adequately prepare them for counseling high-risk family students. B: In the aspect of high-risk family counseling social workers, the role elementary school teacher played was case reporter and information provider. But due to the lack of discretion in high-risk family issue, collaboration between these two parts at present was not agreeable and harmonious. Therefore, elementary school teachers expect to establish a way for related information exchanging, as well as obtain the support of counseling resources from social workers. Finally, based on the findings, discussions and advises were provided to be exemplifications for future practice and research.
