Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === The study aims to explore the relationships among Mainland China tourist’s perception of service quality, travel satisfaction and revisit intention,the study results indicated that: 1.There were significant differences among Mainland China tourists’ place of residence and monthly income in tourism service quality. 2.There were significant differences among Mainland China tourists’age,education,occupation,place of residence,and monthly income in travel satisfaction. 3.Mainland China tourists’socio-demographic backgrounds (gender,age,occupation,place of residence,monthly income) were significantly related to their revisit intentions. 4.Mainland China tourists’perceptions of service quality had a significant influence on travel satisfaction. 5.Mainland China tourists’travel satisfaction(catering,accommodation,tour operators,tours,shopping) had a significant influence on their revisit intentions. 6.Mainland China tourists’revisit intentions had a significant influence on service quality. Based on the findings, the study recommended that related government agencies should put more emphasis on providing Mainland China tourists high quality of tourism service so as to increase their travel satisfaction and revisit intentions in Taiwan.
