In particular, Taiwan’s sanitary equipment market has experienced a number of economic developments and urban renewals, and mansions have been constructed one after another in the northern, central, and southern parts of the island. Following this, numerous construction companies have considered the feasibility of importing sanitary equipment. This study uses a domestic sanitary equipment vendor as an example to establish a group decision-making model for selecting import brands. Selection criteria were extracted using factor analysis. Next, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was employed to weight the selection criteria. We then used the Borda count method to obtain scores for each brand for the different selection criteria. Finally, we obtained the total scores and rankings of the brands after weighting. Our results indicate that price and promotional activities, maintenance services, product functions, country of origin, and packaging appearance were the five main selection criteria for importing sanitary equipment. Maintenance services had the greatest weighted value among these five criteria and the order of price and promotional activities, country of origin, product functions, and packaging appearance. Brands of imported sanitary agent is a German brand of KERAMAG, KLUDI, Koralle in the sanitary equipment carve each category won first place is obvious that the German production of sanitary ware brands regardless of quality, price, service, appearance and packaging are received. This result can provide a sanitary agent as a reference in the future selection of the agency brand.
