Use information technology effectively assist the archival storage industry, precisely controlled by the number of files stored in the warehouse, and to speed up the warehouse and call processing and delivery of information and transparency during the escrow process objects, provides customers with a better service quality assurance and its commissioned peace of trust. This research used RFID technology to improve the processes of Commercial Records Control Center. The establishment of adding value for enterprises to reduce costs, standard operating procedures, and significantly improve the efficiency of inventory.
